My Mother who is visiting from NC, discoverd a fry in my Tanganyikan tank today! I thought she had seen some kind of aquatic bug that had somehow gotten into the tank. But lo and behold, there was a fry. Upon closer inspection there was a single fry about an 1/8 inch flittering around in the slate I used to make caves. It is a crossbred between my Julidochromis Marlieri and my Julidochromis Transcriptus. I thought I had gotten a single male of both when I bought them. Well I guess not, huh. Anyway being that I though It was a bug of some sort, the fry is now affectionately refered to as Bug. He/she looks very strong and not deformed in anyway, so if he/she makes it I guess I'll have one extra tanganyikan in the 66gal.
