Update on Meaty

Well I figured it was time to give a little update on my oscar Meaty...
Had him for over a year now, and he is about 11 inches or so... Maybe slightly larger

The tank is currently divided because my Severum is in Meatys tank until I can find a new home for him

Sorry for the lack of pictures! He hasnt been posing well lately lol

he grew out of the green at about 5 inches

Yeah, they can change at the drop of a hat... when I got Oscar, he was a grey violet marble with no other markings, now he's cream with yellow highlighs and bright orange markings. He doesn't look like the same fish at all.

It's a shame him and the sev have to 'share' a 55 gal. Ever considered rehoming the sev?

Is that a standard 55gal, because if so he looks nothing like 11".

No Pure, meaty and the sev do NOT get along lol. I've only had the Severum in that tank for not even a week
Yeah its a standard 55gal, yeah the pic makes him look small but I just measured him and he is exactly 11". I could TRY to get a pic but that'd be really hard lol.
