I am going to upgrade my lgiht to a 24", 2x65W (1) 65w Dual Daylight and (1) 65w Dual Actinic with 2 lunar lights. It is made by orbit. Will I be able to have most corals in my 20 gal. with this lighting. I chose this lighting because I was recommended it by other people.

Let's say that actinics have blue spectrum, wich simulate the light in deep waters. It's very cool to see, and corals like that. Before i bought my metal halide, i had 2 x 40 w actinics ( well..Hagen Marineglo..kinda fake actinic ) + 2 x 40 w Powerglo and Lifeglo ). Had one super cheap ballast that blew, and on ly one neon could start. So i was down to 3 x 40 w. Tried the mix : 2x actinics + 1x Lifeglo...sucked. Nothing really grew..but looked great. Tried 2X Lifeglo + 1x actinic..better. Altough i would not recommand Lifeglo. Anyways since i saw other bulbs in action, i really don't like Hagen.
But it worked..enough to keep zoos, xenia (!), mushrooms, frogspawn, sponge, yellow polyps and button polyps

corals do benefit from actinic lighting however the 10000k lights are overall much better for growing stuff...but visually the blue is nice. you might consider replacing your second with a 50/50 bulb. i had a 20g with one 65w 10000k and one 65w 50/50 and i liked the look and thing grew well
