Urgent help needed -> Ram in trouble!

hello all,

my ram has 6 white lumps on her head, she has been dojng fine in the tank for about 3 months now and really dont want to lose her.

ive added the correcct dose of anti- fungal medication to the tank, is this the right thing>?

Could you post a picture?
Do the lumps seem fuzzy or more like salt?
What are the readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?
