Well I thought I had ich but now there are no signs of it anywhere, however my gourami (who entered the tank AFTER my betta died of a bacterial infection) has something that looks like what my betta dies off. His left side is rapidly getting covered in a white fuzzy substance. What do I do?! I really don't want to lose yet another fish plus whatever else will come after this.

I'm not sure what this could be, someone else could probably chime in, but it sounds like you probably have some water quality issues. I would immediately do a water change and up the temp a bit, to around 82-84, that can kill off some of the nasties living in the tank.

no I can't get to any meds, and my quality as of two days ago was 0,0,10...

I will up the temp and do a water change in a few hours. Hopefully I will see some change.

This fuzz is on most of my fish now... I am really worried :(

ok, I upped my temp and did a 50% w.c., adding extra water conditioner for them and bringing the trates down to 5ppm. And the fuzz is still on my gourami and both male guppies I think.
