urgent!! sick guppy

What would cause my guppy to be acting this way:
He is floating upward (belly up) but still swimming...is he dying? I've treated my tank twice with internal parasite medication....any help would be appreciated!

Sounds like possible ammonia poisoning...which means the rest of your fish will soon be floating belly up unless you do something. Has this tank been cycled thoroughly? Have you tested your water parameters? If you're unclear about this stuff, read through the link in my signature. That will give you a starting point.

all my levels are good.....this tank is well cycled....had it for quite a while....another died in a different tank....it think I got some sick fish from the pet store.....

Sorry about the guppy, could be bad stock...or bad water quality. How often do you do water changes and how much (volume)? Have you checked your nitrates recently?
