Can anyone suggest some Vegetables that I might be able to feed my Cichlids/Large Fish?

I have a couple of Chocolate Cichlids, a Gold Severum, a Parrot Fish and a Trio of Wide Eye (Golden) Sharks.

I dunno about those species specifically, but I feed my African Mbunas cooked shelled peas, "wilted" romaine lettuce, shredded carrot, brocolli stalks, zuchinni. I've even tried them on little bits of banana, and the ate that too. Just be careful with the banana,,,it's messy, so little bits at a time.

Try them on some of these and see how it goes. I usually nuke for a few seconds to soften the veggies, then let cool before offering to the fish.

I've even heard/read where orange slices were offered and eaten. I guess they will "try" just about anything!

Hey.
I was wondering, what should I feed my recently bought Yellow Labs. I've read that they should only be fed veggies, and as well as be fed bloodworms.
Confuse :-/
