Hi i have just found my male molly after he dissapeard for two days. he is extreamly thin and looks like he is on his last legs. last water change i noticed he has what looked like he was eating hair so i netted him tha take the hair out of his mouth whilst doing this i dropped him onto the floor as he had wriggled out of my hand. any how i got the hair form his mouth and put him backinto the tank not thinking any moor of it. the next day i noticed he was full of white spots hoping it was fungus i treated with anti fugas meds. the next day he seemed ok the white spot had gone and was swimming around merrly. that nigh he went missing and reapeared to night looking very emaciated and decidedly wobbly swimming bumping into things. is he on his last legs or could it be he got trapped somewere and couldent get out to get food. all my other fish seem fine infact i have found 2 molly fry and a guppy fry???

It sounds like he may have suffered some internal damage during the hair/dropping incident. Of course, you can't see what might have happened. I think the only thing you could do is transfer him to a hospital tank and treat with Melafix (and hope for the best).
