Very Thin Molly

Hello,

My Molly is very thin, almost concave and her scales seem to be sticking out a little.

I moved into another tank as she was a little poorly and now she is in the main tank again. She's acting okay but looks very ill and I don't know what to do?

I've finally got the water okay:
Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Nitrate 10ppm

What is wrong with her?

could be internal parasites if she looks like she is starving. try feeding "treat" foods for a while and see if she fattens up on the proteins. but do not ignore feeding her vegetable matter like blanched romaine lettuce and blanched spinach.
