very worried about oscars please help out if you know anything about it

my red oscars are starting to get white spots on them i dunno what they are but i am worried this is my first experinxe with oscars so i dontknow much about them

what size are the spots are they small the size of a pinhead or are they large and fluffy like cotton wool
