Yes I believe they are the brand.....All Glass Aquarium. (correct me if i am wrong) http://www.all-glass.com/ And that is the brand i use.

I got the 29gal from wal-mart. I cannot complain. It came with everything. The filter was an aqua-tech 30-60. Since regent is made by Marineland, the filter was basically a Penguin 330 without the bio-wheel.
Overall, I would say a good purchase. However, the filter may be lacking somewhat. So you might want to replace the filter. Or add better filter (so you are running two filters).

i have the 55 kit from walmart. Everything is fine, unless you want plants, then the hood needs to go. I replaced my filter, but you might not need to do that. I love the stand that you can buy from there too. Its very sturdy. I just wish it were the same height as the one they sell for the 29g. I say go for it. Even if you have to replace the filter, you're still getting a good deal. (Around here, just a 55g tank is almost as much as everything in the kit)
