I am looking for a 55 gallon aquarium and/or a dual stand that will hold two 55G tanks one above the other. The aquarium: the more complete the setup the better. (ie: hood, lights, power or cannister filter, heater..ect) The stand: must look good in the living room and be well built. Light colored wood prefered but dark wood and metal will be considered. Check out the minnesota Aquarium Society's website at http://www.mn-aquarium.org - theres a classifieds section that should bring up several tanks within your price range. Or, if you can hold out, the fall auction should be coming up in a few months, and you can get some killer deals there. I got a brand new 55 gallon, stand, heater, and hood for 50 bucks there last fall. Something to keep in mind.

Thanks for the info on MAS site. I have been checking it every day for the last two weeks. Lot's of good deals but no standard 55G setups or dual stands yet. The fall auction sounds great although I hope I don't have to wait that long. My fish need to expand to a 55G soon. Maybe I can get the second 55G at the auction.
