there's been a lot of people selling marine plants on ebay. Pretty cheap prices if you don't get any willing people on here. I just bought a bag, I will tell you how it is when it comes in.

There are some on Aquabid in the inverts/coral section that seem like reasonable deals (but what do I know?).
