Yeah i know they are discontinued.. i want one BAD! they rock. i got a old one from someone who sold us a tank but the impeller shaft is messed up and has a groove in it (so it sucks air).
I just talked to a friend of mine at Toms Place and he says you can still get parts. he also said he was not using his. Perhaps he might sell? I'll keep you posted.
