Water Bugs?

In my 10g crab tank, I noticed I have a few little waterbugs that like to scurry across the surface of the water whenever I feed the crabs. They don't seem to be harming anything, but how do I get rid of them? And even more interestingly, how did they even get there in the first place?

I've never heard of this one before, so i can't help.

I know I have some tiny thinner then hair flat worms in my tank, I hear it's from over feeding which I have cut back on and have increased my gravel vaccuming and the fish seem to eat them anyway.

They're not flatworms. They're litterally miniature versions of the water bugs that glide over the surface of outside ponds, etc.

Those seem like exactly what's in my tank.
