Heh heh, I think that they look cute when they jump. Anywho, try to feed your fish less. Water fleas are natural prey items and the fish will eat them. Wither that or you could try to painstakingly catch them with a net and kill them.
My gourami loves them so i am not going to bother. A guy at the fish store told me to place a paper towel on surface then pull it out. They will stick to it. I was just concerned what they do to humans. LOL
