Weird looking thing in tank

all i can do is describe it b/c its way to small for a picture and my camera sucks anyways.. they are like little feelers that are clear and they come "out" of the rock and wave around for a little bit then go back inside of the rock.. they are pretty long i would say about a 1" or so.. the ones i have seen are kinda in pairs but i think my wife said that they always don't come out at the same time.. if anyone has any idea what they may be please let me know thanks!

no i don't have fish yet im still cycling.. are those kinda worms bad? my little star has been MIA.. he keep trying to climb out of the tank but was last seen on the sand? hopefully he just barried himself and is eating

nope..spag worms aren't bad...

no they are not bad. Sounds like peanut worms....they live in the rock....my rock is loaded with them....they send out these arm things that stretch out like elastic and feel around for some detritus and then grab some and go back in.......I have seen them stretch out a good 6"......
