Whale Catfish

I just bought a couple whale catfish, they called them blue dolphin at the store, but I found pictures of them as whale catfish. They said they only eat bloodworms but I saw a few feeder fish in with them before. I was just looking for some info on them. I can't find anything on them but pictures.


Can someone give me a website thatwill have some infor on them for me?

They both have died already, one saturday and one today. Anyone have any ideas.

Luckily my fish store will replace them for me.

Sorry I couldnt fin any proper information on them just that they get to about 10-12 inches. They are a nice looking fish though. Sorry to hear about them.

I mean cool fish and sorry they died!
I question that needs to be asked! Is your tank cycled? How long has it been setup? Can you give us more info about your tank? The more detailed the better!

Thats what you get...

Research before you buy and know your stuff. Dont just go to the petstore and buy any fish you think looks cool.

Please remeber difrent fish need difrent conditions

Actually, they were supposed to go well in a community tank. That's what they told me.

My tank has cycled it's been up for about 4 months now...... so it is plenty cycled, all my other fish are fine.

back to my original question....... maybe geko will know the answer b/c he seems to know how to tell people what to do.

Has anyone found a site on these fish?
