What air pump do YOU prefer?

Hello everyone!
I am deciding on a air pump for my soon to be future 30 gallon aquarium.
I am deciding between the two: Rena and Whisper
What do YOU think?
Do you have any other opinions, or any other air pump suggestions?

I have a Whisper as well. Its really quiet and i havent had problems with it.

Well,,... seems like everyone is with Whisper, I guess, whisper it is!
But There is a newer design right,? Does the newer design make lots of noises or move around when on hard floors, like laminate?
also, does it have a filter?
I was also considering rena because I have one on my 10 gallon...

new design - do you mean the blue one with the ong legs?

I like them - I have two of those air pumps, one in each tank. The pump does have a small air filter - i think all air pumps do - it does not move and i doubt it would harm your floor because the legs each have a big piece of soft rubber on the bottom.

But the two that I have... one of them works great, I cannot hear it at all. And one makes a terrible amount of noise. I'm thinking the one that makes noise must have gotten water into it (I don't have check valves on them and they're both located lowe than the tank, so its my own fault). But considering how good the other one is, I'd still recommend it.

I don't use an air pump... even quieter still...

when i use an airpump (read never) i use Jebo, much better built than whisper, has 2 speeds, and are a whole lot cheaper.
