Wow you have no clue what a cory is? Well check out the freshwater profile section of this site to find some info and pics of them. They are bottom dwellers that school. They are great little fish so you should really try them. And im pretty sure that one pet store around you stocks them, maybe under the name of coryodous or whatever their scientific name is. They come in different varieties such as any other tetra or platy. So check out the profiles section to get a better understanding of these fish.

Cories are very active catfish, that act as scavengers in the tank bottom. Very good for communities. They constantly forage for leftovers but this should not be their primary diet. You should get sinking pellets and feed at night, when the cories are most active. They should be kept in atleast groups of four as they are very social. Almost like mini plecos that only get a few inches, and instead of algae eating they scavenge for leftovers. Only name i really know is corydoras catfish. But their are many different variations.

Anyway Good luck,
Daniel
