What are the best corals for begginers

can people tell me about wich corals would be best for begginers *PEACE!*

Mushroom corals tend to be very easy

yea i was thinking of getting some of those like a red one or blue

I've had sucess as a beginner with Mushrooms, all types, green star polyps, all all sorts of Zoas.

What type of lighting?

i was thinking of getting one of this or something a little weaker im not 100% sure im still doing on reserch on wich would be the best corals for me im thinkling of getting some Green Metallic Star Polyp,Green Flower Pot Coral,Candy Cane Coral,Blue Mushroom Coral,Red Mushroom Coral,Crocea Clam,Pagoda Coral,Squamosa Clam and im not sure about this one Bubble Coral

I would not suggest getting a clam, they tank more care and light then most beginners can supply....no offense as i can't even provide the perfect tank for them yet.

ok then clam is of the list what about the bubble coral i head their more aggressive

From limited experience i'd say its ok for a starter coral but it grows pretty fast and can overtake the tank. Its also very aggressive from what i've read.

you should also try looking at other threads of people starting up a saltwater for the first time, and see what kinds of corals they have, as everybody has something different that you can combine into yours to make it unique
