what are these

In my tank I have noticed a couple of clusters of these white egg looking things.I am not sure if they are eggs or not.In my tank I have starfish,snails,hermit crabs and horseshoe crabs.The pics are not the best but you should be able to see what I am talking about.The one pic they are beside the starfish,in the other pic they are next to the spray bar.

you're right, they are hard to see in the pics but my guess would be snail eggs.

I have seen smaller snails in there but I thought snails were live bearers

I suppose some are livebearers. But I believe most are egg layers that lay eggs on glass, decorations, and plants. Are they jelly-like and stuck on things?

This is my guess because the other species you have are unlikely to breed in the tank.

I havent touched them and it is like a sting of them.They are oblong shaped.There are only 2 clusters of them

congrats you are going to be a snail mommy or daddy, lol.

They should hatch in about two weeks. (rough estimate)
You can remove most of them if you'd like.

Cerith snails will lay eggs like that all over the glass. Mine do a lot.

Iam not sure what kind of snails they are.I got them from the gulf

yea snails do this all the time! some times they live, sometimes they dont but its still cool

thats good to know.All the years ive had snails ive never seen these before
