I have a guppy that is fuzzy. I do not know if i should put her back in the tank. I do not have a sick tank. Just a 1g Bowl with no light or any thing.I am not sure if she will get the others sick. If she is sick?!!She does not have tail or fin rot, but her scales are looking like they are fuzzy. She has no white spots on her. What can it be? How can i fix it?Any meds?

Sounds like a fungus to me. There are plenty of meds on the market that will treat fungus. One thing to do is make sure you do a good water change, give the gravel a good cleaning before and after dosing the medicine. Usually when fungal infections show up it means there is alot of decaying matter in the tank. Oh, and I would treat the whole tank as the spores will be in there and not just on the affected fish.
Good luck!

Try a 7 day treatment of melafix and possiably add some aquarium salt to the tank, 1 teaspoon for every 5 gal. The addition of the aquarium salt will also help prevent the other fish from picking up anything from the sick fish.

Not a big Melafix fan here:( and besides, it's more of an antibacterial medicine, won't do a thing for fungus.
Even young tanks can have a build up of detrius in it. Especially if you have been reluctant to clean the gravel for fear of disrupting or delaying the cycling.
