i have an established cichlid tank mixed with malawi peacocks kanyi and tangs...i want to throw in some brichardis...the only tangs i ahve are ink fins julis and lelupis

Not unless you want to have it turn into a brichardi only tank eventualy.

They have the nickname 'Blue-eyed Stormtroper' for a reason. These guys can turn nasty when breeding, and once fully mature can spawn up to every two weeks. As a single it would be ok, but more than one and I say no.

However, I love N. brichardi. I've kept them in species tanks before and loved it. If you have a tank that you could put them in for a species only tank then I would. They are a great fish to keep, just not in the community setting.
