what do u think of this lighting?

i just got a new 20 G long. 30 " long. I found soem lighting that i like, although this site is weird, it lists the lights on the main page as 30" long, and then in the description it says 31", but i think its still ok, because it has legs? well its dual 65's, daytime and lunar. The price doesnt look too bad.. do u guys think this would be a good idea?

i would assume the light is 30 the housing 31..not sure
