I think that you'd need a bigger tank.

Both of those types of fish are 14" at their adult size, and are schooling fish, so should be kept in groups. A 75g tank is only 18" wide, so it doesnt exactly give the fish a lot of room to swim around. Bala sharks are very active fish, from what I understand. I dont think that a 75g would provide them with sufficient space.

There is nothing wrong with Tinfoil Barbs. I think they are nice fish. The downside is that they get over a foot long and they are a schooling fish therefor you need a minimum of 3. And the same goes with the Bala Sharks. I would say that in a 180G you would be able to have one or the other but not both. I really think that you need to do some research of your own.
