what do you think of this pump

that pump is amazing i have one and i also have 5 tetra pumps they are also sold at pet smart. It is so quiet, but then again so it the tetra pump either or will do.

I suggest going with another brand I bought one of these before and they were among one of the loudest ones I ever used.

Hmm take it back might ber not functioning right, have them plug in another one at the store and see if it make the same sound...you never know

i did call and complain becuse they actually had that plugged in to a tank in the back room and it was quite.(the tank in the back room is for any babies that fish might have in the store)

I am not to sure what you are saying here??? I kow that i have the same pump and i can not even hear it. Maybe next time you should try the pump before you buy it!!!!! I try everthing thing i buy before i buy it. I have had mine for over a year and it still sounds the same as day one so i think there is something wrong with yours

ya i seen and heard the same pump in the store.they have a tank in the back of the store for babies fish might have.and they had that same pump going in that tank and it was quiet.so i got a new a one and its quiet and its running fine.
