What Does Corydras Catfish Eat

I feed my cories a combination of Wardley sinking Shrimp pellets and Hikari tropical sinking wafers for catfish, loaches and bottom feeders. They too will eat food not consumed by my top level and mid-level swimming fish. This diet has been very succesful to date as they are all at least 2 inches long and have never shown any sign of malaise.
I feed lightly in the morning and afternoon as they are less active during these times. (1-2 wafers or 3 pellets) In the evening I drop in a few more just prior to turning off my aquarium lights. I leave the room light on for approximately 30-45 minutes before turning it off. The cories come alive whiole the room light is on and are very enjoyable to watch as they search and compete (nudging) for food amoungst eachother.

I feed the Hikari sinking wafers also, but how many wafers do you feed two panda corys? They are in with a betta, so there isn't any leftover food as he eats his pellets as soon as they hit the water. I started out feeding each cory a wafer at night, but they don't eat it until it has softened up and easily falls apart, at which time it looked like a lot of food for two little corys. So I have cut back to only one wafer for the two of them. Is that enough food or should I go back to a wafer apiece since they only eat once a day.
Mine get whatever hits the bottom plus I supplement with a variety of pellets from www.kensfish.com. They have vegetable pellets, earthworm pellets, spirulina pellets, etc. They go apey over 'em.
