At first glance I was like "oh it's a moonlight gourami" hehe

but Timster is right: Gymnocorymbus ternetzi - "White Skirt Tetra"

bah, cmon, it definitely resembles a moonlight gourami at first glance. Same dorsal, similar caudal, same coloring. The moonlights are just bigger with a longer body, an upturned nose, and tentacles.
