What fish?

I have a 55 gallon tank and i want to know what
to put with silver dollars ???

Well I am guessing your not keeping live plants they love to munch on them.

Silver dollars will mix with many fish. How about you tell us what you are thinking of putting with them, since there are a lot of fish that are fine with them.

hey i would recomend that you put silver scats with them because they tend to school with them ;D

scats are brackish water fish aren't they?

How many silver dollars do you have or are buying? I have 3 that i just bought for my 55G with a pair of oscars 2 bristlenose cats and 2 salmon cats. They're going to go into a south american bio with the oscars and a few other fish.
I suggest doing a south american tank, that way you won't have to plant it up too much, i have floating wysteria and a few javas (i know they aren't native to S.A), They nibble, but it's good for them. Try and find some sites that have silver dollars in their natural setting and see what you like
