I called my LFS where I am getting all my goodies from, and he recommend or he said the VHO lights will do the job, but he said I should get T-5 lighting for the tank, said that is what most people get, so I did and I also am getting a skimmer. About the only thing I have to get now is the stuff for my Quarantine tank.
