i think i my fish have tb
all my parameters are as normal yet in the last week i hav lost four fish out of 8....i have lost my 3cories and yesterday my platy........
firstly my cories stoped eating sudddenly...and went from being healthy and active to swiming almost aimlessly around the tank...theyr eyes were dull and but only one had a bent spine.....the albino had a small red patch of blood on its tail.den yesterday morning i noticed my orange platy had two large lumps infront of her anal fin on another side....one looked lyk it was full of a yellowish fluid and another was the same colour as her body...they were large and looked as tho they wer two small balls stuck to her rather then a part of her.....then when i cam back an hour later she was dead with the other fish picking at her....and the two lumps had gone...then i noticed this morning that my female betta has two marks opposite eachother on her body..at first i thot mayb she had been bitten untill i realised they were on both sides yet didnt wrap around her body....she has also became slightly swollen just behind her pectorial fin....i did my weekly water change but changed about 40 percent this time just beacause of the deaths....
after i did as much research as i cud using google because i cudnt remeber my password for this...then i came across fish tb and i think thats what they have
im sorry that was so long i just need to no what it is as if it is tb im slightly worried at the fact that i start the siphon with my hand clapped over it and use suction from my mouth....i always take one breath in and then face the tube into the buket but every so often i get a drop or to on my hands which are touching my mouth....
sorry for the typing mistakes i wrote this quickly!!
any help apreciated!
the fish left in the tank are 2 platies 1 bolivian ram and 1 female betta.
they are all eating and active as usual other than the physical changes in the female betta...
