what is on my dolphins lip?

I noticed this the other day so i thought i should post a pic and get some feed back on it. Does anyone know what this is on my dolphins lip?

at first i thought he got into a fight but that was a few days ago and it looks like it has gotten bigger.

Any thoughts?

its looks like a scrape to me my mollies even though they are mates got in a fight and the female got a scrape.
