what is the best lightening?

I was wondering what is the cheapest lightening and the best lightening for a 20 gallon tank,just for live rock no coral?

regular strip lighting will be fine if u don't plan on keeping corals

the wattage corresponds with the length of the fluorescent tube. So if you go with strip lighting, you can only get so much for the length of your tank, but if you get a dual strip you can add wattage. But yeah, with flouro tube you cant really change your wattage, kinda out of your control, the only thing you can do is get more lights.
