What is this thing?

I am new at this. New saltwater aquarium in fourth week of cycling. (Going slow.) This thing came out a couple of weeks ago at night but now it's coming out in the day. I just want to know what it is and if it is bad for the aquarium. Must have been in the cured live rock I purchased at the beginning. Thanks so much!

Yeah if it's a stomatella those are good I have a lot of them in my tank. Fast moving snail basically.

I had a bunch of em in my old tank.. I think when i sold my rocks i got rid of em all .. The stomatella's that is.. I have alot of feather duster type corals still
