What is this?

I was feeding my fish this morning and saw this tiny thing moving on the side of my tank. I think it might be a baby snail but I haven't gotten any plants in a long time and havent seen any snails in my tank before. I just want to make sure that it isnt anything bad.

thats java moss in the background so you can compare its size with that.

It doesn't look like anything bad, but I'm not sure what it is What fish are in the tank?

white clouds, otos and a platy

it was moving around so i dont think it is an egg

Have you tried looking at any web sites for freshwater organisms?

i think i figured out what it is, i just have no idea how it got in my tank.

and look about 1/3 of the way down the page, it looks like what you have.
