What is this?

Hello everyone!

I am having a small saltwater fish tank from 6-7 months. I have recently spotted a strange red worm-like creature in the sand near the glass of the aquarium. It stayed there for several hours and the next time I was at home it was gone.

May you please tell me what is this creature and if it dangerous for my fishtank?

I have several live rocks, 2 crabs, 1 sea urchin and 1 clownfish.

Hard to tell from that picture. Kind of looks like coraline growing in your subsrate but if it was gone after a few hours that couldn't be it.

Someone told me that it is a worm (from the good ones I hope). It has appeared near the glass for several times these days. I just hope it won't do anything to the other inhabitants...
