What iswrong with my fishies?

Ok, my male dwarf gourami, ghost shrimp and common pl*co are doing fine. Whenever i come downstais to see how they are doing my ID sharks are always hiding together what could be wrong? www.geocities.com/herefishyfishyfishy/index.html

The irr sharks will do that for a while. They are very nervoues fish. Eventually they will swim out front as they mature.

One trick I used was to turn out all the lights except the fishtanks and sit a little away from the tank...they then came out and swam a bit.

I think if you buy really young ones they won't have a problem coming out if there is about 3 of them, but that is just what I've had. The other 2 have died that I have but they always were out front swimming no matter what, even at night. I could feed them tubifex worms from my hand. Active fish. They will probably get used to there environment and do the same. Good luck.

tank needs more water, that tank is way too small for id sharks id say sell them and get some tetras

My thought exactly!! Water level way too low. What is up with that??

I fill mine right to the top. Keeps the filter quiet and you do not even see the water line.

Tetras are great fish . . . good advice by Soulfish.
