What kind of bulb is this?

I saw this and was wondering if it was flourescant or incandescant, or something else completely?

I am looking for a flourescant light to put into my incandescant hood...http://www.petsmart.com/fish/shopping/lighting/products/product_34537.shtml...someone told me I could do that.

So i hope you guys can help me out!

It's just that, a flourescant incandescent. They use about 13 watts but kick out about 40 - 60 depending upon model. I bought mine at Lowe's for $9.45 for a 2 - pack. works wonders

a compact flourescant. Little to no heat and minimal powerusage and long life, like flourecant, but fits in small incandescent spaces, I have them throughout my house, they cost more then bulbs at first but you save money in the long run.
