What kind of cichlids in a 20g tank?

I thought I would try a variety so I went with a community tank in my 20g. However, they're boring so now I'm gonna go see if I can get a couple of cichlids in the tank. Convicts are nice, but are there any other cichlids I can keep in a 20g?

Apistos would be a good option in a 20. Also several africans from Tanganyikia, several of the lamprologines would also be good, like the brichardi, lelupi ect. The smaller julies like dickfeldi, transcriptus, or ornatus.

Any idea of what you would like to see in your tank? Its also a good idea to scope out the LFS to see what you can easily get. If you can get it localy it will be much cheaper.

Agreed. My vote would be for either Apistos or African Shelldwellers.
