In addition to live rock and powerheads (your bio filter), a sump/refugium and a skimmer are your best bets. I don't know if your tank comes with overflows, but if it does, that will be much easier.
By the way, it's usually better to post questions about saltwater set-ups in the saltwater forum, as not all of the saltwater enthusiasts on the site venture out of that forum often
