What kind of snail is this?

Someone offered me this snail, they are saying it is only semi-aquatic. Anyone know what it is? I am considering taking it, but I have to make sure I can give it the space and invironment it needs first.

looks like a garden snail to me.

Just by the size of it I would have to say garden snail. I can't think of any true aquatic snail that gets that big other than apples snails and it def isn't an apple snail.

Humm... yeah, if it's a garden snail I'd just rather not then, I was hoping for something that I could keep in an aquatic or at least mostly aquatic environment. Thanks guys.
