ive had a beautiful male betta for about two years now but i got him at a local pet shop and lately hes been more sluggish, his fins are getting shorter and duller im not sure if he is sick or just old i tried breeding him with a younger and smaller female and suceeded until in two days all 126 eggs dissapeared along with the bubblenest have no clue what happened, and last night i put him in a large net inside the community tank thinking he wouldnt escape but he did and he is quite peaceful in there even with his girlfriend following him and he is completely ignoring her so i was also wondering how often two bettas can breed even if the same two already have before
