whats a good starter fish

Whats a good speciment for a 10 g nano like what should I put in it. I just started the tank I just want something in there to make it look decent.all the ph and everything is good.

well most people will go with the false perc. clown fish. Ussulay a pair in a ten is the standard. There hardy and fun to watch, great begginer fish.

firefish are pretty cool. i'm a pretty big fan of the pistol shrimp/goby match up too.

yea firefish are really cool fish, just make sure to watch because they can become kamakazies and jump out of your tank.

I like the pajama cardinalfish and it could do well with two clowns i think although i may be wrong

All decent choices. Make sure that you like what you buy as you won't be filling it with fish

how about small puffers? or mollies ya I have a thing for fish that can liv in brackish I was thinkin a green spotted puffer that they sell at walmart and a false percula and some cleanup crew

Heck I like pseudos, gobies. Wrasse are cool but I think they might not fit in a 10. Not too much of a clown fan myself either but its up to you. What to you like?

One of htepeaceful pseudos and a goby. Expect to pay a premium ofr the pseudo as they come out the red sea not the indo-pac, or are cap bred

Here is a link to a list of fish for the Nano tank, lots of cool choices, I am still trying to get my hands on a Citrinis clown goby My LFS had them for about a month and then when I went in to buy the sold out the week before and now they can't get them at the moment....that was already 2 1/2 weeks ago and still nothing
