You guys I have heard of this before but I don't know what it's called or what causes it or anything so i need some help. My female betta is getting a blue "filmy" foggy look to her left eye. What is this? Thanks in advance. ;D

Well the eye is a little bulgey but nothing severe. It's just a blue cloud and I did a water change last week. I will do one later today though. I don't have a quarantine tank! I know bad thing but I just can't afford one at the moment. Is this contageous? If so I really don't want my angelfish to catch it! Thanks. ;D

Your fish probably has a fungal infection of the eye secondary to stress.  Probably need to do water changes and add some antibiotics depending on what the disease is actually.  It could be fungal infection of the eye, popeye?  Are the eyes bulging at all?
I would suggest quarantine and get an antifungal medication.  Most eye diseases I know are pretty bad for the fish.

Well in order to protect my angelfish I moved her out of the tank and put her in one of my old betta jars and this morning I woke up and she was gone! Well anyways I looked down and she was lying on my playstation remote. I picked her back up and put her back into the little jar and thought I would keep her there but this afternoon she was still floating and getting white fungus on her so I flushed her. :'( oh well at least I tried. ;D

Usually "pop eye/cloudy eye" isn't contagious alone, it is usually a sign of other diseases to follow so watch out. I had a tetra develope this, removed and treated it, fine in a few days. Then the whole tank had an ick outbreak, sigh totally my fault let the nitrate levels get to 40ppm. Most of them survived.

So sorry to hear about the betta takeing a leap! :'(
