What's wrong with my danio

I have a long fin zebra danio one of his pectoral fins looks like it wont expand and he has a large whitish rash type thing on his back and it has a cracked sort of bleeding look to it. It's not actually bleeding though.

Any ideas what we have here?

Hey guys, sorry to hear about your danio. I'm not sure what it is from what you've described. Any way you could get us a picture?

What size tank are they in? what other tankmates?

Now he's at the surface of the tank gulping for air. Sadly I think he's about to depart.
He's in this tank 80 gall: 5 zebra danios, 9 neon tetras, 2 shwartz corys, 1 rainbow shark, 1 pleco, 6 serpae tetras, 1 flying fox, 2 clown loaches.

We've had a lot of sickness in there. The rainbow shark had fungus then shortly after we got that cleared we got the loaches who had ich. As soon as their ich cleeared up this danio showed up with what ever it is he has. It's very frustrating.

I'm going to try to post a pic of the sick danio.

I want to move him to the 10 gal to treat him. What do you think?

sorry to hear that.
i was looking at the pics but couldn't figure out what it is.
it could be bacteria infection... but i dont' really know for sure.
