Where to ship fish?

#1
Hello,

This is my second thread on shipping. I have asked, how to ship fish but where exactly do I go to ship them? What I mean by where do I go is should I go to Fed-Ex or The UPS or do I just go down to my local post office? And will I need a box or does the postal service provide a box for you?

Thanks! :D

I always ship my fish using the post office, it's usually much cheaper, and I've never lost a fish with them. I always use my own box too, and with "live fish" written in bold letters all over it.

Do not write live fish.
Write "water samples for testing".
Unless you are shipping native temperate fish, I would not personally be shipping tropicals with the temperatures what they are.
Heat picks are fine, but no heat pack is going to keep fish alive if the box is sitting on the tarmac for a few hours at 20F.
