White cloud and betta

Due to his previous agression to my white clouds in my tank, I isolated the betta into the cup I bought it in a floated it at the top of the tank. If I keep him like that for a few days to let him get used to my white clouds, do you think I could let him out without the past aggression?

haha, the white clouds are swimming circles around him to tease him.

Bluishkodama, I don't like that mix, the clouds are quite spunky and teh betta might tolerate it but he certainly does not enjoy it. Clouds are always top-level and that is where Mr. Betta likes to rule... if you can, get him his own 5 gallon heated tank, he will be much happier there.

But, I've heard from many places that bettas will work with white clouds, but I guess that's not always the case.

Whoo, I released the betta an hour ago, and the fish seem to totally ignore each other.
