white fuzz coating the inside of my green terror mouths

I have an adult green terror and he is basically a one of a kind specimen so I really do not want to lose him. The inside of his mouth is coated with a thich white fuzz. I think it started when he was locking mouths with another fish to determine who was the boss a few weeks back and now has grown into a thick white fuzz. He does not seem like himself lately and also seems a bit disoriented at times.

Hi, My blackmoor started to grow a white cotton wool like growth and now most of his bottom lip has disapeared, got some fungus and fin/mouth rot treatment to put into the water so hoping this will get rid of it but doubt his lip is ever going to recover

Get to a pet store asap and get medication.
