Well for starters that stocking (even when they are small) in a 20 is a nono. Some basic info about the tank would help. Also give us some info on the fish. Did he look sick? If so how?
the tank was 20 gal and i had 2 filters and 2 jack dimpseys. the red devil wasnt going to the top to eat and the littler jack dimpsey tried to eat it .

Did the fish get along??
Was he eating??
Did he look "odd"??
